  First off I would like to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't
  mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing.
  I've had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there.
  I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes
  tend to be lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips?

  When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and
  now each time a comment is added I get four emails with
  the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service?
